Our Process
I accept a limited number of commissions at a time so each piece gets the attention it deserves. Most are completed within 3-6 weeks of booking, depending on the scope of the project and my current schedule. If you need your piece by a particular date, please include that in your inquiry.
1. Tell me what you’re imagining
Share the story behind your piece, along with any reference photos, meaningful materials, or details you’d like me to consider. You don’t need to have the full design figured out — we’ll shape the idea together.
2. We’ll work out the details
I’ll follow up with any questions, creative recommendations, timing, and a custom quote. Once we agree on the direction, a 50% deposit will reserve your commission in my schedule.
3. I’ll bring it to life
From the initial design to the final stitches, each piece is created by hand and developed around the details that make it yours. If you’d like, I can share check-ins along the way to make sure we’re on the same page.
4. Your piece is finished and sent your way
Once everything is complete, I’ll carefully finish and package your commission. The remaining balance is due before your piece is shipped or picked up.

Custom commissions begin at $350, with most pieces falling between $450 and $700. More involved mixed-media pieces may be quoted above this range.
Each quote reflects the full creative process—including consultation, concept development, materials, hand stitching, finishing, and check-ins along the way, if requested, to ensure we’re on the same page.
Size, complexity, number of subjects, and any mixed-media elements will also influence the final price. The examples here are intended as a guide — you’ll receive a custom quote before booking.
